  • Market Entry Strategy in Latin America: The goal of this project was to establish a German petrochemical company as a new competitor on the whole Latin America market. We developed a Road Map and a market entry strategy for the client. We also acquired new businesses and distribution channels and provide them with direct operational support.

  • Market Entry Strategy in Latin America: A German producer of special lubricants wanted to develop new businesses in Latin America. We analyzed the needs and goals of the client in a Road Map Workshop and developed a market entry strategy. After that we selected target markets in Latin America that fit the needs of our client. We acquired new businesses and distribution channels in the target markets.

  • Market Entry Strategy in Russia: The goal of this project was to establish a German petrochemical company as a new competitor on the Russian market. We developed a Road Map and market entry strategy for the client. Together with our Russian partner, we developed a Road Map and a market entry strategy. We identified new customers and distribution.
  • Business Development: The goal of this project was to acquire new business for a German producer of oil & gas equipment on the global market. We advised our client with a customized strategy and analyzed markets and clients. We focused on the Latin America and the Russian market. Together with our Russian partner, we build partnerships with Russian clients.

  • Business Development: The goal of this project was to acquire new business for a German sensor manufacturer worldwide. We negotiated and implemented a Global Supplier Agreement with an international oil company for the client.

  • Strategy Consulting and Business Development: The goal of this project is to establish a start-up company as a new competitor on the market and acquire new business. We held a Road Map Workshop and a Risk Assessment to define the goals and strategy for the new market player.
  • Change Management: The goal of this project was to improve the processes in a Russian petrochemical company. A benchmarking test on the production plant was carried out and processes were restructured.
